多年来致力于学科教学改革及教材建设，首创“音乐能力多维度训练”教育体系，2019年以来以此体系为基础，成为中央音乐学院视唱练耳教学改革、智能化视唱练耳训练系统主要负责人。
Over the years, Pei Yuru has been devoted herself to the reform of subject teaching and the development of teaching materials. She spearheaded the "Multi-dimensional Training of Musical Ability" educational system, which has elevated her to the position of principal director overseeing the reform of solfeggio instruction and the intelligent solfeggio training system since 2019 at Central Conservatory of Music.
带领教研室与中央音乐学院音乐人工智能中心策划研发出中央音乐学院"新生音乐能力分班考试系统”、"视唱练耳练习与回课程序”、“视唱练耳考试评分软件”等多个视唱练耳训练与考核系统，并已策划出版系列教材近百本。
Pei has led the Teaching and Research Office and the Music Artificial Intelligence Center of the Central Conservatory of Music in the planning and development of multiple systems for solfeggio training and assessment, including the "Freshman Music Ability Grading Examination System", " Solfeggio Practice and Feedback Software", and " Solfeggio Examination Scoring Software", where she designed and published a series of nearly one hundred textbooks.
作为中国音乐家协会音乐听力考级教材副主编，音乐等级考试专家组成员，合作出版的数十部系列教材已成为全国社会音乐教育及专业音乐教育的主要学习书目。
As the associate editor of the Music Listening Examination Textbook of the China Musicians Association and a member of the Expert Group of the Music Grade Examination, Pei Yuru has authored and co-authored dozens of series of textbooks that have become the standard study guides for social music education and professional music education across the country.
教学之余投身科研创新工作。担任多个省部级、市级、校级重点科研项目及国家社科重大项目负责人。目前正在研究的智能化视唱练耳训练系统注重科技创新与多学科融合，其成果将更进一步推动中小学音乐测评专项研究、学科教学改革与发展。常年活跃于国际音乐教育及学科专业舞台，策划统筹拍摄的纪录片《视唱练耳在中国》在国际领域获得强烈反响。
In addition to teaching, Pei Yuru has been engaged in scientific research and innovation work, and in charge of projects at provincial, municipal, and university levels, as well as the leader of National Social Science Major Project. She is currently researching the intelligent Solfeggio which focuses on technological innovation and interdisciplinary integration, and its achievements will further promote the special research on music evaluation in primary and secondary schools, as well as the reform and development of subject teaching. For years, the documentary "Solfeggio in China" she planned and directed has been a topic of considerable interest and active on the international music education and subject professional stage, receiving widespread international acclaim.
长期担任内蒙古艺术学院附属中等艺术学校客座教授、广州青年交响乐团少年班视唱练耳教学顾问、厦门市直属中小学立项课题《青少年音乐能力分级培养》首席专家，为青少年创作了多部优秀的音乐作品，在国家教育帮扶及美育普及事业中成效显著。
Pei Yuru has served as the guest professor at the Secondary Art school of Inner Mongolia Art University, a teaching consultant for the Youth Class of Guangzhou Youth Symphony Orchestra, and the chief expert for the project "Grading and Training of Youth Music Abilities" in Xiamen’s directly affiliated primary and secondary schools on an ongoing basis. Effective in her advocacy for national educational assistance and the promotion of aesthetic education popularization, she has composed numerous outstanding musical works for young people.
